“Can you be in Perth on Monday morning?” Um, err, it’s Friday at 5pm… OK, what the heck. If you are or know a consultant, you know that this is the norm rather than the exception.
But what the heck. I hadn’t been to Perth. Andy had some work he could do there. Perth is a four hour flight west of Melbourne. The distance, combined with the time change (3 hours) makes for some very, very long travel days. Didn’t get to see much so it is a good thing the office had a decent view.
We’re Andy and Jennifer—two former corporate executives who chose long ago to prioritise experiences over stuff while pursuing our passions for travel and photography.
